Spring 2012 Application Instructions

Fill in all the fields. We use the information to communicate with the teams

Blackout only weekend dates you do not want to play IPSL matches. Please ask parents for important dates such as confirmations and school activities. If you need to make changes Email us after you submit. 

Use the comment box. The more we know about your team the better we can schedule. If you coach more than one team we try to avoid conflicts although you should be prepared with back up coaching if you coach three or more. If you need to share players between teams we need to know how to schedule the teams, such as; back to back, opposite days, leave a break between matches or anything that will avoid conflicts and potential forfeits.

For U13 and older teams, please note in the comment box if you want Nebraska League matches. You can include a couple weekends that would work for your team. We will send the team list to the NSLE for scheduling on January 31st
